I am creative producer and theatre-maker, creating solo autobiographical comedy performance. I’m driven to craft immersive, entertaining narratives that allow me to connect with audiences through personal experiences. My creative ethos involves layering engaging interactive storytelling and multiple performance techniques to create an entertaining and theatrical performance. I have made work to present at scratch nights, tour nationally and been commissioned for festivals. I have worked on collaborative residencies over the years and enjoy developing my practice through training, sharing, and networking. I have significant experience within arts and culture sector nationally, specifically the North. I currently work as Creative Producer for interdisciplinary, sustainable arts organisation IOU based in Dean Clough. IOU specialise in blending engineering, technology and visual art, practices contrasting from my own, giving me a well-rounded understanding of multiple art forms.

Producing Practice
My approach to producing theatre is rooted in creating autobiographical work, drawing from real-life experiences to craft authentic and impactful narratives. I collaborate closely with specialists across various disciplines to refine and elevate these stories, ensuring a high level of artistic and emotional depth.
I work on a diverse range of projects, from short-term initiatives such as workshops, artist residencies, and creative retreats, to larger, long-term ventures like touring productions and spectacle installations. Each project is carefully designed to encourage meaningful engagement and connection, whether it's a personal story being shared with an audience or a broader, community-focused effort.
My producing practice is adaptable, allowing me to shape projects that align with specific funding requirements while remaining true to the artistic vision. My goal is always to create spaces for exploration, growth, and collaboration, producing work that resonates both locally and on a wider scale.
