Producing Practice
My producing practice is artist-led, values-driven, and rooted in collaboration. I primarily produce my own work, from initial concept through to funding, budgeting, casting, marketing, and touring, with a focus on stories that centre underrepresented voices, particularly queer and diasporic narratives.
I approach producing as both creative and relational. It's not just about making the show happen but about holding space for the process and people involved. I work closely with partners, venues, and collaborators to create a transparent, inclusive, and supportive working environment, where care and communication are central to how the work gets made.
Access, sustainability, and representation are key considerations in my process. I often work across multiple scales, from solo fringe shows to international presentations, and I’m comfortable navigating limited resources while still aiming for high production values. I also strive to make my work legible and engaging to a range of stakeholders, from audiences to funders.
As a queer global majority artist, producing is also a way for me to assert creative agency over the narratives I tell and ensure the integrity of the work isn’t compromised in the name of marketability or gatekeeping.

Collaboration Interests
I'm interested in collaborating with artists, producers, and collectives who are committed to bold, intersectional storytelling—especially work that centers queer, global majority, and migrant perspectives. I’m drawn to projects that are formally adventurous, emotionally honest, and politically aware, and I love working across disciplines to blur the lines between theatre, performance, and screen.
I’m particularly excited by collaborations that:
- Challenge dominant narratives while creating space for joy, contradiction, and complexity
- Prioritise care and access in both process and product
- Allow space for humour, discomfort, and transformation
- Engage with queer diasporic identity in fresh, unexpected ways
