Producing Practice
In my producing practice I guide artists through the entire journey of bringing their ideas to life, from shaping initial concepts to delivering impactful artistic works. My role includes developing strategic approaches to fundraising and budget planning, refining timelines, overseeing creative development, managing administration, building and leading teams, providing financial oversight, fostering partnerships, and ensuring successful project delivery.
My practice is rooted in balancing creativity with strategic and practical expertise, enabling artists to realise their vision effectively. This approach has been applied both in freelance creative producer roles and within organisational contexts. At Rambert dance company, where I work part-time as the New Creations Producer, I oversee the development of innovative stage productions.
This dual perspective allows me to adapt to diverse settings, supporting independent artists and institutional projects with equal dedication and creativity, ensuring their ideas are brought to fruition with precision and impact.
